Cop shot and killed in Oak Park

They better try him as an adult in this case....
If you do something that fucked up at that age your not going to change or be a benefit to society in any way shape or form.. I mean look at that other yahoo that killed someone when he was like what ? 8 then finally gets out then gets nailed for dealing ecstasy. I hope he never gets a glimpse of daylight again and rots in hell.....

x2 +1

Some people in this world are just so cold-hearted. My prayers go out to this man's family and friends who now have to mourn due to this piece of shit 16 year old!

is it pretty tough to hear about situations like this over the radio Shelly?

I have no idea, have never had anything remotely like something like this involve me

I had left an hour before this happened. I can say you never get used to the feeling of an Officer not responding when you status check and worry something may of happened.

No emergency is the same and you don't get used to even hearing stuff on the 911 calls.

Public Service in any form is not for the weak minded that is for sure.

If your not sure of the full story you should really only make a general reply instead of assuming what happened

once again x million....I think I have agreed with the "new" Shane a couple of times recently I'm scared :icon_eek:

I guess my point about the bad negiborhood is it does not matter where...crime will happen.

and the kid did a Kwame...turn yourself in his your pastor, LAME

For the last killing in OP to be in the 70's this had to be a bad deal.

shame we don't have the death penality for that piece of shit

I'm glad we don't after reading so many stupid comments. We don't have any details, yet people think he should be executed. Do you people really want to be judged against this standard?

well i take back what I said before, now the story makes sense...damn shame. I hope this kid gets whats coming to him

What do we know exactly? Nothing more then when the first article aired.

someone oughta kill ths piece of shit before he gets to trial...

Ahhh. Sad to see college grads just as ignorant as high-school dropouts. We have very few details about the incident. People should NOT be assuming anything.

now that we have a full story

They better try him as an adult in this case

What the ... This whole board is full of retards. We know very little about what happened or why it happened.. Good grief..

... uour not going to change or be a benefit to society in any way shape or form. ...

Tell me again, dear, how you are benefiting society.. Your opinion has been invalidated by history many times over.

I wasn't saying we should execute him now, I was mearly stating that its a shame that michigan does not have capitol punishment for killers. I should have worded it better.

Raping him? Buying drugs? He should've did this or should've did that? Monday morning quarterback mother fuckers who know everything i guess. I don't post on here often but a couple of you guys are fuckin idiots.

RIP.

10 and Greenfield isn't bad. I went to LTU (10 and Evergreen which is Southfield) for 3.5 years and was over in that area all the time and I never had any safety concerns.

And to the person that said Warren is a dangerous city...it isn't a dangerous city especially in the northern area. Well, unless you count dangerous as getting popped by that Warren cop that writes tickets for things you didn't even do or if you get your ass kicked by the drunken police chief in a bar fight while he's on duty. :)

I grew up at 14/Schoenherr and I felt as safe there as I do now in Troy (top 10 safest city in the US or something like that).

Anyways, hope justice is served and I wish the friends and family of the fallen officer my deepest condolences.
