OSU 38
U of M 14

Eh...I don't even want to make a guess at the score. Unless OSU gives the game away, I don't see it being much better than today. If RR gets rid of GRob and goes back to a 4-3, they may be a mid grade defense next year. This will put them in serious bowl contention with the easy schedule.

i hope michigan wins, but i have a bad feeling they are going to get blown out. they have no D. well, they do, but it's via onside kicks.

Highly unlikely.

According to ESPN the closest a D1/FBS QB has come to 1500/1500 was in 1950 when someone when 1200/1100. Denard has 2200/1500. His numbers are better than Cam Newton's across the board.....with even a decent defense and 8-9 wins he'd be right there with him in the Heisman race.

I hate this douchebag. I'm surprised he didn't go for two with 3 minutes left, isn't that what the card would say to do?
"What we do isn't pretty," Bielema said. "A lot of places, there's a certain emphasis on being pretty and being individualized on players."

That seemed to be a shot at Michigan, especially after Bielema was asked about Denard Robinson's 360-yard, four-TD performance.

"For them, that's great," Bielema said. "We would never recruit to that."

No, you'd just put up 83 on an overmatched Indiana, still throwing bombs in the 4th, and go for 2 up 4 scores against Minny with 6 minutes left. Fuck off.

But it's OK to put 65 up on Bowling Green? It's OK to put almost 40 points up in the second half against a MAC team? I'm not happy about what Wisconsin did against Indiana either, but why is it OK for UM to do it?

LOL You still forget bout that MSU score huh? Just because the pionts came in a different half doesn't mean shit. So it's ok for MSU to do it, but not UM or Wisc?

Michigan threw one(short) pass in the 4th quarter against BG. Wisconsin was still dropping 60 yards bombs. As sorry as it is, the BG game was in doubt in the 3rd with Denard out and the defense being shit. The Wisconsin Indiana game was done in the 2nd quarter. Even so, you see 60 point games all the time. 83 is nuts.

Plus, it's Bielema. I just hate that guy

sadly, it's a shame the buckeyes played such a poor first half against wisconsin. i really believe they're capable of beating them. as far as d-rob, i'd support his heisman effort. his numbers speak for themselves. that award is an individual award, not a team. why punish him because his team is "only" 7-4?......? or is it because no one can stand rrod?....

At the start of the 4th quarter, it was a three score game. With Michigan's defense, that is NOT a safe lead.

Michigan was up by 23. They were playing Bowling Green (2-9). I could see scoring maybe once more. But they needed another 21? Come up with any excuse you need to sleep at night.

Again, it's ok for MSU, but not UM. You lose all credibility when you can't even rationalize a good reason why MSU ran up the score.

If a team can't stop your 2nd and 3rd team guys running left and running right it's a little different than dropping 60 yard streaks. And even a state grad should realize that 83 > 65

Um, yeah. So your saying it's OK for UM to run up the score, but not Wisconsin. And Ryan, I mentioned it before. MSU didn't pile on in the second half. Unlike UM & Wisconsin.

And I mentioned it before too. Your wording was "MSU's coach is far more classy than to score more than 35 on a team". Not exact wording, but exact message sent. You were wrong and no matter how you want to try to justify it, MSU did score more than that on a team. I don't care if it happened in the first quarter or the last, the end result is the same.

Dream the dream Ryan, I didn't say that. I said he won't run up the score. They scored 35 against NCU and 21 against Minnesota before the half. In games with large leads they scored no more than 10 points in the second half. Michigan scored almost as much in the second half against BGU as MSU scored the whole game against NCU (45-7). So you reason it to yourself how Rich Rod isn't they same kind of Schmuck the Bielema is, or the Spurrier is. Keep using that defense as an excuse by saying a 30+ point lead isn't safe against a MAC team.

I don't give a flying fuck if they run the score up on teams. You're the one touting a higher moral code that's just not standing up to your own standards.
You guys YEARLY run up the score by your own account.

2009: MSU vs Mon State: 44 - 3
2008: MSU vs EMU: 32 - 10
2007: MSU vs Al-Bir: 55 - 18
2006: MSU vs EMU: 52 - 20
2005: MSU vs Kent St: 49 - 14
MSU vs HI: 42 - 14
MSU vs IL: 61 - 14
2004: MSU vs MN: 51 - 17
2003: MSU vs IN: 31 - 3
MSU vs IL: 49 - 14
MSU vs PSU: 41 - 10
2002: MSU vs EMU: 56 - 7
MSU vs IN: 56 - 21
2001: MSU vs Missouri: 55 - 7

I suppose in the last 10 years, all of those games are explained away with a simple wave of your illogical hand. Nice try. You lose again at doing anything other than showing you don't have a clue what you're talking about.

I wasn't talking the last 10 years. I was talking about Dantonio.

In the Montana State game, MSU led 28-0 at halftime. Cousins was only 10/17 passing and the team rushed 40 times. They outscored the other MSU 16-3 with 3 FGs.

The EMU game was actually 42-10. It was 21-7 at halftime. Hoyer threw the ball 12 times. Ringer had 34 carries, 135 yards and 5 TD's. His longest run was 13 yards. The last touchdown was by Ashton Leggett. The longest TD run was 6 yards by Ringer. The game plan? Hoyer takes snap and hands the ball to Ringer who ran into the line. They outscored EMU 21-3 in the second half running the ball into the line.

Against Alabama-Birmingham, MSU had a 45-3 lead at halftime. Hoyer was pulled before the half and both back up QB's played before halftime. That includes Nick Foles who is now the starter at Arizona. Conner Dixon threw a TD before the half. UAB outscore MSU 15-10 in the second half. The running game had 298 yards rushing. We really ran it up the second half, didn't we...?

As for the games before Dantonio, it would speak about John L. Smith or Bobby Williams, and we don't speak those names anymore.

Just admit UM went into the moral toilet with RichRod after more or less forcing Lloyd Carr into retirement. I bet Brandon wishes Carr was still coaching the Stink Bears.

So your reply to anyone who says anything about the bgsu game is "keep making excuses". Yet when it's shown that yearly msu does the same thing youvmake excuses. Nice try.
