Woodward

Let the kick everyone off of WW on the weekends, let's see what happens to all the OT that was paid for by tickets they gave out. What they dont understand is this.... they can kick us out of lots, but not off the streets. I say, we all head out Friday night, not pull over for any reason, just do lap after lap in 2nd grear at a 40 roll and cause grid lock. The noise from that will far more upset the neighbors than us sitting in a lot.

This bothers me like no other, I know there is dumb ass people throwing trash and pissing in lots, but for the most of us, we are paying for gas, buying food and causing no issue. This is the motor city, cars have been cursing WW over 60 years, and now they want to stop it?

I'm getting to the point, where I may just lease a WW store front store, move my mortgage company over there, and at night turn it into a free hang out. I'll pile so many fucking cars in that lot, ropd will drive by and think its a new dealership that moved in.

I can understand the neighbors being upset about all the noise, but they should have known 3 important things before closing on a home.

1. Don't buy a home next to a freeway.

2. Don't buy a house backing up to a land fill

Most important...

3. Don't be a dumb ass and by a house backing up to the most popular street to cruise on if you don't like the sound of cars at night!!!

Rant done!!!!

Sadly it seems people move in to a noisy area and then expect the area around them to change.

Sq Lake and Woodward is perfect in my mind. No close houses, big parking lot, and a good spot for a cruise to m-59 to 75 and back.

There's a lot of great points made here. I will say RO is tuff, we head north to Birmingham and have no issues. A few key spots that aren't big but have the alley in back to access parking and sit out front watching or meeting new cruisers.....good times.
