I ate at a small diner today down from the Chevy dealership. Some old guys in there cracking me up. Was nice to take a free day today!! I dont do that very often.

Not enough healthy fats IMO.

What the fuck? Did you just start this diet? It's not a bad start. Maybe cut some carbs out. What time id your last meal of the day? Are you eating carbs after say 7:00pm? What do you drink? Water, pop, fruit juices, etc?

I do agree with you, black_bullit.
