Pretend your body is like a fire in a firepit. When the fire is really blazing because you keep putting a lot of fire wood in (picture that as your metabolism being up because you keep eating) it's staying hot and burniong up everything you put in it. Now, if you let that fire die down to almost nothing, they toss a huge log in there (figure a large meal in an empty stomach that hasn;t eaten in a while) the log just sits there and takes forever to burn. That log (meal) is burning (digesting) slowing and not burning off. (turning to fat in/on your body)

I'll eat all of that before 5:00pm. :D

Another thing, look how much I ate early this year, and prior to that. Not a lot at all. I was almost never eating. (and I was fat then) In the prior few months how many times a day/night would you hear me talking about how hungry I am, or seen how much I eat? :lol:

I'm not. But I know what I need to eat, how much I need to eat, when I need to eat it, etc. I acquired this info by reading, asking questions to the right people, and some trial and error. I'd say that based solely on my results I know that the fuck I'm talking about. :D

Plus, I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express last night.

Rumors we heard was 4000 salary employees.
Told of 40,000 employees for the whole way forward program (salary, hourly and agency).

Packages are coming too, 2 2 & 1 if your over 28 years.
