What's in your lunchbox?

What the fuck? Did you just start this diet? It's not a bad start. Maybe cut some carbs out. What time id your last meal of the day? Are you eating carbs after say 7:00pm? What do you drink? Water, pop, fruit juices, etc?

I do agree with you, black_bullit.

Plenty of fat (theres mayo mixed with the tuna as well as celery and relish)

Carbs are porportioned right. to say that eating an apple is unhealthy because it has carbs is retarded. The RIGHT carbs are important.

And yes I've been on my "diet" (I hate to use that word) for 24 days now.

I want to get into the same shape I was in when I was in SAR school in the Navy

(to understand what SAR school is see the movie "The Guardian")

back when i used to work a normal job, i would take 4 sandwhiches that usually consisted of peanut butter, a scrambled egg sandwhich and turkey or chicken cold cuts on wheat. i'd have a couple things of peanut butter and a bottle to make protein shake. a gallon jug of water, and i'd still go out for lunchfood. i would just snack on that stuff throughout the day. it got me up to 220 at 10% bf. now i havent lifted in over 2 years and am less than 200 and probably around 15 or 16 bf. and i usually only eat once or twice a day at most. but i still go to the gym and show em whats up on some lifts occasionally. i actually bench and squat more now for some reason, but cant curl shit or do pullups to save my lift any more. im really bummed and cant wait till i can get back on a normal routine again.

Ummm, mayo is not a healthy fat. Peanut butter, Almonds, cashews, and various other nuts are a good example of healthy fats. I hope I didn't offend you when I asked if you had just started the diet. I think you know what I was getting at, I just didn't want to...fuck it, nevermind.

Good job, keep at it. :badass:

A triple with enough peanut butter that you can barely breathe while eating it. And a tall glass of milk!!! God damn, I'm hungry now.
I just got home from the gym, so I am starving! Time for a tall protein shake, some almonds, and some cottage cheese.
