Well, I counted calories, which in turn made me drop a lot of carbs from my diet. There is a whole article written up about me here & my journey:

Today my plan has changed since I dropped the weight. I started SL 5x5 in april 15, did that, and now I'm on a 5 day split
Daily Intermittent Fasting eating pattern
M Legs, 30min cardio
T Chest , 30min cardio
W Back, 30min cardio
Th Rest, 30min cardio
F Shoulders, 30min cardio
Sa Arms, 30min cardio
Su Rest
Each day I do rest-pause for the first exercise, then 2 exercises of 4x10, then 2 exercises of 4x15.
