Just thought I would give a little sneak peak at what Stenod Racing has been up to since the sale of the Red Rocket.


So here is a very brief introduction to our new creation called the Money Shot!

This build started off with a Formula Firebird that will be converted to run in Outlaw Drag Radial. We have set to push the envelope in every way possible; not as a contender but as a record setter! The heartbeat will consist of GMPP first LSX Tall Deck block. I will make occasional updates as the build progresses.

I guess it would be like a 8.2 deck to a 9.5 deck in ford talk. lol It will and a turbo for sure. Tom already did the spray thing. Im sure he loves the boost thing much better. Plus Ryan there is no way yer slow with this stuff.

I seen the tall deck part, but didn't know if it would be a big single or big twins. I didn't even really think it would be a nitrous motor, but you highlighted "money shot" so I took a guess.

I didn't think any cars were allowed to leave the Stenod shop without a turbo!

My bad on the money shot thing. Sorry. I really dont know if they are doing a single or twins. Im sure we will see soon enough.

The chute mounts and wing are next, then getting the the Bruno Liberty - Rossler Turbo Glide mounted.

Next week we will finish mounting both transmissions, get the pedals mounted up and sheet metal the firewall/trans tunnel. After that we will take a little break so I can get some engine stuff sorted out.
