Share your workout and supplements

My shakes consist of the F1 and protein, I use the cell activator and multivitamin tablets and I drink the tea and aloe. When I work out I use the 24 rebuild strength and prepare.

If you want to see small results quickly and not really put a ton of effort into it...Don't eat any fast food, don't drink pop, take hydroxycut or something similar and workout 3-4 times a week. This would take off a few pounds from whatever garbage food your body consumes now.

If you want to make a lifestyle out of it then you will need to plan out a full meal plan for every day and also plan out a workout regimen.
I don't eat fast food, I gave that up about 3years ago. I do have some diet Pepsi with my food but not much, I did buy some chicken and fish white rice protein bars etc. Started yest with salmon and about a cup of white rice, late night snack was oatmeal. And for when I'm at work some granola bars, and protein bars for when I got the munchies. Also picked up some fruits, all is just for small snacks. All I'm taking is that wheybolic60 after my workouts, I'd like to mix it with something but have no idea what to try out. Gym at least x4 a week, and do a little bit at home cause I don't have much weights, mostly pushups etc but I do more reps of everything to make up for it. Basically every night I do atleast pushups, curls, flies, and some back exercises either at home or gym.

I dropped from 270 to 195-200 between June 2011 and Dec 2011. I had some foot surgery back in Oct, and have only recently started working out again. I'm at about 205 now, but plan to hit it hard after CES next week.

I started working out, and lift very irregularly, but when I do, I drink a Syntha 6 shake after.

NonFat Greek Yogurt has very high protein if you work out in the morning, and want 'breakfast' after.

I mix my Greek Yogurt with Kashi Go Lean (1c each) and eat an apple.

Whey Protein is always a good supplement to have on deck.

I also take a preworkout and creatine but those aren't necessary.

Everything else is a waste of money.

M - Chest, Tri's
T - Back, Bi's, Shoulders
W- Legs
TH- Off
F- Chest, Tri's, Bi's

Get on a good diet regimen.

Haven't seen too many people work out 3 major muscle groups on one day, other than that yes you work push and pull muscles same day ...chest and tri's

Oatmeal late of a night not good lots carbs that ur body cant burn that late and carbs give u energy.Try cottage cheese or turkey slices or peanuts.

Yeah that is poor planning. Back/Bis AND shoulders? Never heard of anyone doing that. That would take forever. I got a lot better results not training bis/trics on the same day too.

Well its good your not eating fast food, the bad news is that its going to be harder to shed a few pounds. Usually your first initial weight you lose is done by cutting out garbage you might normally eat. It seems like you have a pretty solid plan.

If you want to know for some supplements to try out..

Pre-Workout. This will give you focus, and an energy boost. I would personally recommend Assault by Muscle Pharm. This is what works best for ME. Everyone is different. I find it doesn't make it jittery or shakey. It gives me great focus through my workout and it tastes awesome. I've tried tons of pre-workout powders, and I've had the best results with this.

Protein. I've also tried many different kinds of Protein powders. To this day, 100% ON Whey cannot be beat for taste. My biggest problem is I hated the taste of most others, especially weight gainers. ON Whey mixes nice, and I can drink the chocolate like its water. It's great stuff and priced reasonably. Tastes close to chocolate milk.

You can also add a fat burner in if you'd like. Oxyelite pro and Hypershred are both popular.

Eggs or tuna with some tomato salsa is what I'd eat if I had to eat something close to bedtime
