Just wondering what ppl take, and what there goals. Also workouts that are well worth trying for good results. Cardio kight be in the works for me just need to get motivated for the running and stuff. If your looking forward to start hitting the gym and got some tips on what to take and workout on for best results please share.

Whey Protein is always a good supplement to have on deck.

I also take a preworkout and creatine but those aren't necessary.

Everything else is a waste of money.

M - Chest, Tri's
T - Back, Bi's, Shoulders
W- Legs
TH- Off
F- Chest, Tri's, Bi's

Get on a good diet regimen.

Dymatize Fusion7 or Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% whey. I like the chocolate flavors in both.

shit I don't think I can go on a diet, I love food to much lol. Although I'm gonna try to eat a little better, and small potians all day. Eating healthy can be expensive as hell so ill just try and balance it all out.

I pick things up and put them down!!!! Real talk I do know some ppl on cycles, results are a for sure thing but these guys faces are beat red and backs are all broken out. Imo signs of roids, and they try to deny it. Guy is a reg size and 2months later he's a absolute monster, he said he put on 25-30lbs of muscle on. Maybe its just me but I don't think that's possible without roids.

You need protien for sure. creatine is garbage and does nothing more then retain water. Pre-workouts are good depending on what one. There are a million ways to fry an egg. You have to test your body and see what works best for you.

Don't bother with the extreme 60. Its more expensive for less protein. Try the gold standard whey.its cheaper and gives what it advertises. A good multi vitamin and fish oil are good too.

Protien is ur best friend creatine is just a filler of BS.The diet is half the battle of working out,bad diet = no results.Kids ask all time how I get in ur shape its all about the diet.

If you want to see small results quickly and not really put a ton of effort into it...Don't eat any fast food, don't drink pop, take hydroxycut or something similar and workout 3-4 times a week. This would take off a few pounds from whatever garbage food your body consumes now.

If you want to make a lifestyle out of it then you will need to plan out a full meal plan for every day and also plan out a workout regimen.

I have dropped from 247 to 213 since the beginning of october. I use Herbalife products in conjunction with a cleaned up diet. I may hit the gym 3-4 times a week, but some weeks I don't go at all. With my current job and lifestyle I am unable to dedicate the time to the gym like I had previously, and I'm ok with that!
