Savings of the day (oil filters @ Meijer)

Bosch Distance Plus & Purolator PureONE Filters are on clearance at Meijer. $3.89 for the PureONE filters and $5.99 for the Bosch Distance Plus. There are coincidentally mail in rebates on the PureONE and Bosch filters @ Meijer. $5 off one Bosch filter, $3.00 off for the PureONE filters... Maximum 4 rebates of each per household. These are good filters and at $0.99 and $0.89 cents each you CANNOT beat them.

Meijer is going to carry strictly FRAM filters and are getting rid of the Bosch and Purolator for that reason. This is my FYI of the day.

The Bosch filter is around $7 after the discount. I picked up 8 in total. 4 puralators for the dd, at around $2 per, and 4 Bosch fit the GTO.

That's weird. I wonder if they're rolling it out slowly and your Meijer didn't get their pricing updated yet. My local Meijer is pretty damned efficient. I'd take pictures of my receipt but I already have the rebates filled out and in the mail. :roll:

being a large company i knew it was hit or miss having them on clearance in both lansing and out here. but was worth a shot. was on my way home, and picked up a A-Team hotwheels van and a something for my bro-in-laws birthday later this month.
