Manual brake conversion kits?

Did anyone find after installing the skinny kid kit that their car didnt stop for shit? I also put in a MM stiffer pedal and still my brakes suck now. I can seriously stand on that pedal and the car barely slows down. Im wondering if they sold me the wrong bore size or something cause they are horrible now.:no:

Bore size will affect this. Also did the kit you installed relocate the rod position for greater mechanical advantage?

Manual brakes suck. Unless it's a track-only car, keep the booster and properly size the rest of the parts.
I have SN Cobra brakes on my Fox, and it will knock the breath out of your lungs. Stock '88 booster and a 1" bore MC from a '93 Cobra.
