How Long Does It Take.....

Same thing happened to me right after I bought my STI. I registered it at SOS on a friday right after work like 30 mins before they closed, and I got pulled over on that sunday because my plate wasn't in the system yet.
 
I hate to say it, but I drive thought Bloomfield all the time and I've actually noticed that nearly every driver pulled over (especially around Long Lk area) is DWB. I even told my buddy that you could have 20 cars racing, and the one pulled over is someone commuting through (DWB).

More likely to have expired registrations and lapsed insurance.

The man holds minorities down by making car insurance expensive (and requiring coverage, by law) and high registration fees, not to mention closing down SOS branch offices in low income areas.
