I was wondering too, how tall & approx. age?

This is a good plan and I'm with you on that. Make a weight mark ( 100kg for me) then change the calories at that mark and work the body composition. Looks like you've been doing that to great effect. Getting to know yourself and how you respond I suppose is part of the process. I haven't cheated once in 140 days and still I feel this diet is sustainable.

08/2017 I'm 5'10" & started lifting at 36 but didn't know what I was doing, currently 38, about to be 39 in Jan. - still on the cut, Saturday weigh-in was at 188lbs. I may go to 175lbs instead of 185, still have a small gut and want it GONE. :)

Current progress since 02/20/2017:

My not-so-impressive lifting stats, but I'm happy where I am for my age & when I started. Feb/17 vs Current:
∆ Bench +65lbs (175lb 1rm, now 240lb 1rm)
∆ Deadlift +70lbs (350lb 1rm, now 420lb 1rm)
∆ Squat +55lbs (350lb 1rm, now 405lb 1rm)
∆ Row +50lbs (175lb 1rm, now 225lb 1rm)
∆ Military Press +40lbs (105lb 1rm, now 145 1rm)

Still on a regimented diet:
200g Protein, 150g/125g (training day vs non-training day) Carbs, 50g Fats

Overall progress:
-117lbs
%change -38.36%

Congrats to all yous guys. You are fat shaming me. I should lose about fiddy.

No shaming here....I'm 58, and have plenty more things I want to do. I walk 4~5 miles every night, along with a revamped diet, and it's coming off pretty steadily. I'd like to see another 25-30, then maintain it.

It took 5 1/2 hours.......I rode 56 miles today!

5 1/2 hours on the jewels ? Lol. How was the terrain? You got the padded shorts?

I've been riding 25 - 31 mile rides this Spring / Summer. I just
needed a day to "break 50". I did wear padded shorts. I felt great
by the time I got home, could have gone farther.
 
How do you guys find the time to do this? 10 hours or so per day for work with commuting, dinner, chores, time with kids and family, or doing stuff for other people, then I'm already a half hour late to bed.
 
I really, REALLY wanted to do this. So I blew off work & everything else today and made it my day!

It was just a truly great day in all ways! I hope everyone had a wonderful day........and if you

I wake up at 545am, go to bed at midnight. I sacrifice sleep. oh well.
 
i go to the gym at 10 to 10:30 at night , no posers or players around to tie up the equipment with selfie shots

Oh man, that's when I go, sometimes 11:30/midnight. Late night crew. Usually have the place to myself. Hit it on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday night and it's extra quiet.
