So, we tag it...we get a call when it's ready saying "do you want it?" If we say no, it just sits in limbo. If we say Yes, it goes to the dealer. At the dealer, we can inspect it and they say "do you want it?", again, we can say no, or and it'll sit at the dealer or be returned to GM?

Any time you turn it down it goes to auction. That is how my guy explained it to me. I go through Bruce Litvin at Lunghamer Chevrolet in Waterford. I have gotten 6 or 7 leases in a row from him. He is a straight shooter on price with no hidden BS.

Any limit or ramifications to tagging and then canceling the vehicle?

No limits that I know of, although I think you are limited to how many vehicles in general you get over the course of a year. Bruce would be the guy to ask, though.
