What's Going on with Lapeer?

I hear that the Michigan Supreme Court just vacated all previous court decisions relative to Lapeer and its zoning. Does anyone have a cliff notes on what that means? I saw a blurb on YouFace but it didn't really have details. I know some guys here are (or used to be) close to the guy running it. Anyone have anything?

the vacating will drop uall injunctions, will need to go back the DC for a new trial(and judge, previous one retired from what I've read)
