I just noticed they now have MSU ranked ahead of Michigan. I was a little suprised, but I think it had more to do with Indiana putting up so many points.

It should be a good game, hopefully the refs dont decide it. Its def MSU's biggest game of the yr, because the rest of their schedule aside from at Iowa is pretty easy. We'll see how MSU fairs on the road for the first time this season, and no Ford field was not a road game.

If Michigan loses I'll be bummed, but they still have a chance to have a 8 or 9 win season just playing .500

MSU is ranked above michigan because they beat a ranked team Like I said the 3 point spread is because of the game being at Michigan

as far as MSU not playing anybody besides Iowa, northwestern is undefeated and playing very well

Agreed and Agreed. With a win over the #11 team in the country, MSU should be ranked ahead of Michigan.

Michigan has the real test this week and next. Obviously it will determine the course of the season.

I agree with that. This will be Michigan's first real test. Wisconsin was MSU's first real test but they may have been a little overrated. It should be a great game this week.

Northwestern tried giving the game away against Minnesota. I take nothing away from them though. 5-0 is 5-0, even with Michigan. I think MSU should handle NW easily enough. The remaining three tests are against Michigan (only because of Robinson), Iowa and Penn St (MSU has never won in Happy Valley). But I do like our chances against the Skunk Bears and the Nittney Lions. Beat Michigan and Iowa and dare to dream?

Penn State is the definition of rebuilding mode. The only reason you call them a test is the having never won in Happy Valley. Plus maybe the fact that it is the last game of the season so Penn State will be as good as they're going to get at that point.

I don't typically make predictions, especially with a score attached. I think it's kind of a silly, anything can happen.

That being said, I'm gonna pick the score for Saturday's UM/MSU game.

UM 576

MSU 570

MSU will have the ball last, but RR throws in Denard on defense as a last ditch effort, he picks of a pass in the back of the endzone and takes it back 109.9 yards for the winning score with time expired.

Put it in stone.

Michigan QBs start for winning teams on MNF. MSU QBs play 3rd string for the Lions.

Oh and Zolton Mesco just ripped off a 63 yard punt.
