Sorry, thought it was appropriate??

But yeah - Ohio State doesn't have any harder schedule than MSU or U of M... They're just trying to make themselves look better. :)

..........say bro......this is what being "owned" looks like. University of Toledo, App. State, wonder who will do it this year?......almost happened last sat....

Well you see there's a difference between a college that I attended losing a football game, and getting owned personally. But I can see that being hard to comprehend when you're raised on nothing but fuckeyes.

I seem to recall in recent history, MSU losing to Miami.... only not the one in FL, the one in Ohio. What was MSU's record that year? Look it up and let me know Kevin. (Here's a hint: Winning % was .000 )

Here's some crappy cell phone pics from Michigans come from behind upset over UMass.

Every team gets beat by an underdog at SOME POINT... Hell, look at Iowa this past weekend! lmfao.

I'm glad you just said something about Iowa's team getting beat by an under dog without ever saying football was being played. That game was garbage and really didn't deserve the title of football. Holy shit that was ugly to watch, both teams.

To support my above statement
Ivan Maisel of ESPN said:
Someone had to lose at Arizona, where the No. 24 Wildcats upset No. 9 Iowa 34-27 in a game so fouled with penalties and turnovers that it's hard to draw any conclusion.

2009: Lost to Central Michigan
2004: Lost to Rutgers
2003: Lost to Louisiana Tech

Just a FYI to the michigan Fans you are like 2-3 seasons away from not being able to claim the "winningest football team title"

How do you figure that? Michigan is 31 or 32 games a head of Texas IIRC. Michigan would have to lose every single game, and Texas would have to win every single game for the next 3 years for that to happen.

I've got an extra calculator here Ken. I'll send it over.

At the end of the 2009 season, UM was up by 32 games over Texas. So the fat kid is right. It'd take 3 seasons of UM going 0 - 12 and Texas going 12 - 0 to take the lead.

And this would be correct, and should also include the two loses to CMU in '91 & '92. BUT, the Michigan State Spartans have never lost to a FCS (1AA) team, and the only reason we have/had Montana State and Northern Colorado scheduled was because John L. Smith wanted to repay the Big Sky conference for his coaching beginings. With Hollis as AD, they have shied away from scheduling FCS teams. In fact within a few years, West Virginia and Alabama will be on the schedule.

By the way, you don't think those loses you listed above have anything to do with crappy coaches, do you? But Bobby Williams or John L. Smith at Michigan and UM would probably have lost to App St., a BAD Toledo team, etc.

1. Oklahoma 2. Ohio State 3. Penn State 4. Michigan 5. Notre Dame 6. Tennessee 7, Alabama 8. Texas 9. Nebraska 10. USC 11. Florida State 12. Georgia 13. Miami-Fl. 14. Miami-Oh. 15. Auburn

if we go by the modern era (1936 to current) Things change

after attending hundreds of u of m home games... from birth until I was 22 years old, my parents had season tickets. (of course being the rebellious teenager I had to go to MSU), I've noticed a few things about u of m fans.

1. Whenever they lose a game, or have a losing season, they refer to the overall win/loss record against that team. For instance, in the last decade, u of m won 1 game against OSU (2003), but a u of m fan will tell you that they have a winning record overall against OSU.

2. Walmart Wolverines. People who never went to u of m but are diehard fans. Whereas a vast percentage of u of m students are from out of state or move out of state, MSU fans are generally from Michigan.

3. u of m is not the ivy league of the midwest... sorry, maybe Penn State, but not u of m.

It's obvious you are a State grad by looking at your terrible analogy in point #3. A school isn't a league, it's a school...i.e. you should have said "Michigan is the Harvard of the midwest." Which, granted, isn't true either. That moniker would be more aptly applied to my alma mater, Hillsdale.

MSU kids like to burn shit, and for that I admire them. But not for much else.

Ok, well how is it then that UM is only a few seasons away from losing the title of "most winningest college football team ever" if they have already lost it, according to your second post? You're not making any sense and/or you're way off base here.

Oh and lmao @ Josh. bwahaha

Well, I will say, MSU does have the best turf management program. Maybe that's why Charles Rogers went there. He heard they had the best grass in the country. Imagine his disappointment when he found out they played on Astro Turf.
