good question....I bought the 90mm so I wound't have to buy another.
I usually just size it according to the outlet of the compressor side.
Mine is 3.5" or 88.9mm

UPDATE: It seems that after measuring the Edelbrock Elbow.....it was too high to clear my hood. I sent back the tall elbow (3849) and exchanged for 3848 low profile Elbow.
The old TFS-R Intake was 11.5" tall overall....the edelbrock with the tall elbow was 13.25"....yikes.
The new low profile elbow comes in at 11.25.....so it gives me a bit of breathing room.
Nice, I didn't want to sound like a Debbie Downer but that elbow looked taller than my TFS-R with a spacer and I didn't clear with a 3" hood. I was curious how much the solid mounts drop the engine.
Who did your heads?
They are the old JBA headers that were on it before.
I just welded them up.
I love the new ford gray.....my first choice for engine paint.
FYI the 3848 elbow hits the fuel rail when turned sideways. I'm going to make a spacer and fuel pressure reg mount.

nothing exotic. Stock valves 2.02 & 1.60. I just gasket matched and blended the bowls.
