damn Justin, that car is badass. I love the black moldings!

You should just put a 302 or something in it....just so you can drive as its too cool to just sit in a garage.

I picked up a stock Windsor roller shortblock. Gonna toss my heads on it just to get the rest of the car finished up and on the road. It won't spool for shit and it'll be a dog but I should have it on the road this summer.

Why would this motor not spool up good. This 351w will surprise you. That motor is 8 sec capable the way it sits.....just not sure how long it will last.
 
My heads have a 70cc chamber. I figure ill be around 8.5 to 1.... Ill probably keep it around 10#s or less on this motor.

Got my gauges. Just need to install the vents in the gauge cluster and throw down some carpet and the interiors done.

What is the cc of the dish?

You have a trans brake right?

spool up while cruising will be fine and with a TB it will have no issues leaving the line.

Glad you plan to have it out this summer....can't wait to see it.
 
Cool. Maybe ill just stock up on stock F4 shortblocks! I figured I was doing something kinda pointless by using this setup for the summer but I really wanted to get it moving.
 
My 347ci 76mm with stock ECM and procomp heads went 9.16 on rev limiter at 1000'.. Few things have changed this yr. ��... You will have no issues spooling unless u have a huge T6 flange turbo.
 
I ordered my arp head bolts yesterday along with head gaskets. Ordered my sfi flywheel and crank adapter for the Chevy convertor last week. So the remaining list is.....
1- rockers
2- pushrods
3- convertor
4- carb
5- regulator
6- fuel lines and trans lines
7- radiator and fans
8- driveshaft
9- wastegate
10- blowoff
11 build hotside and coldside
