:lol: dicks, honestly this whole season hasn't been the best so my hopes have been slim, the batting has been up and down all season, pitching the same. I can suck it up and admit when we are being out played, it's just gonna suck for the Detroit fans when the lose the WS to the Cards again :roll:

And I've been staying out of this thread to avoid any potential fights

Stubhub has them $114.99 or something. I REALLY want to go tonight but I can't justify paying $100-150 for any ticket other than a spot in a suite with free food and drinks (and that doesn't exist ever as far as I know)
 
As a Massachusetts native and Yankee hater, I'm enjoying this. And I'm not even a fan, I just grew up with too many annoying Yankee fans.
 
So when Verlander was up last year they started the game with a big front on the horizon. And it literally rained out in the first inning. This year, when the Yankees have Sabathia going, we delay the whole game to save his arm for tomorrow? Hey MLB, FUCK YOU!

funny how that works.. just like giradia ,think a few years back the Yankees benefited by a call , everyone was talking instant replay , not joe lol said it would slow game down blah blah , now he screaming for it . God i hate the Yankees..

There are no rain shorten games in post season. I'd rather have Max's and CC's arm saved for a full game. Win or lose I want our best pitchers going.
 
Good to see they didn't waste them last night by not starting the game.

Anyone else enjoy the Seinfeld episode with Steinbrenner and the calzone during the delay?
