The Blackstang/Little Homer Ass Whooper is Finished !!!!!

I can't remember what Vince's little 383 LT1 (with out of the box AFR LT1 heads) went but I think it was like 9.8 at 138 on the motor in nitrous trim with a th400 at 3300 lbs like 5 years ago.

Ended up going 9.0's at almost 160 traction-limited.

Look at the title of this thread. The little homer ass whooper. I wouldn't make a thread name like that and then cry when someone is giving me shit for it.

I've been working almost every weekend on the 388monte-killer (LT1Pat's ride) and bad94z v2.1 is coming along nicely. :)

My point in that post was that you don't have a chance vs Vince not even with his old junk LT1. Maybe you can catch LT1PAT at the track one day on 10 lbs of boost and give him a run. 20 lbs well you know what that feels like already from Friday night where the Ohio Boys put 10 buslengths on you.

I know of some 400inch+ motors that don't run those #'s

and 9.0 @160 in a N20 car? If those #'s are true that's simply amazing, 60ft must of been in the toilet..

Hey ass wipes, it was the first time out with motor. The motor had been together for a day, no dyno no tune, give him a break. Homer I know your shit didnt set the world on fire when you first hit the track either. When he gets it right and if you bust his ass I have know problem with you saying whatever you want. Its obvious it wasnt right by the mph it doesnt take a fucking genius to figure that out. You said your car will be ready in a couple weeks and Im sure he will have it figured out by then. So line em up and see what happens.

I didn't make posts saying how great I was and how it was going to fly first time out. He wanted to race Pat on Friday before he even had fired his motor. When you're cocky and you don't back it up, people will call you out on it. I am just doing my civic duty plus look at the title of the thread if you need to see my motivation.

388monte is not even on our radar as far as races go. We did this whole thing last year and people that are half a second or more slower will not race and only ones who are half a second faster will. That's who we ended up running when we went to Chicago. Everyone just wants a safe race these days.

Actually the best straight motor pass with the LT1 was in nitrious trim. Ran bottom 10's all day every day:

1.48 no transbrake
6.42 @ 106.6 mph
9.88 @ 136.8 mph Cold day at London in May of 2002

Nitrious ( 96 dgree heat with 95% humidity) Aug 2003

1.37
5.91 @ 126.2 mph car was very loose on a greasy track at 300 feet
9.06 @ 159.7 mph

Engine was 383 LT1 with a fogger AFR's and solid roller built by Fast Times in Chicago. Race weight 3400lbs
Trans was TH400. I am sure now it would have gone much faster with a glide.

Listen to the excuses. If its a nitrious car why run on the motor? Last nitrious motor I bought I asked the engine builder the same question. his reply....."spray it to death immediately and see what its got. The cam is so big it might detonate straight motor so just give'r" I went 9.17 @ 157 lifting at the 1000 ft mark. Why straight motor?...just making you look bad!
 
Never can tell how fast a nitrous car is by how it runs on motor. Didn't Wheeler's old car go like 11.0 @ 130 on motor and like mid 8's on spray?
