Seatbelt stuck on '03 Silverado---help!

My sons 2003 Silverado seatbelt (built into the bucket seat back) is stuck. It won't come out or go in (was working fine) WTF!

Anyone have this happen to them and what did you do? I have to basically disassemble the seat by removing leather seat cover to access it.

Be nice to fix it if its something simple, but I don't want to take any chances with his safety if something is defective....

Anyone know of a good place to buy replacement assemblies?

Call the dealer, i believe safety equipment has to be replaced by them.

Thx guys. Ended up getting it to release by a few well placed love taps. Will keep an eye on it but is working great now.
