Picked this bad boy up tonight.
1986 Chrysler Conquest TSI

5spd manual
This is the oldest car I've ever owned :lol:
There is some crazy sweet (not) camber on the front driver side so I definitely need to get that checked out asap. The tire was shooting sparks off of the cords on the way home. The car was originally red and was repainted a different red (NOT including the door jams
) some time along the way. The clear coat is shot and the car has been sitting for quite some time. It made the hour trip home without too many issues, we'll see what happens in the next few days as I'm taking shit apart and cleaning it up.
Plan of attack:
Fix the front suspension
Tune up
Rig up a radio antenna (stocker is damaged)
Clean EVERYTHING
Replace the stock stereo with an aftermarket cd player
Autometer boost gauge
Crank the boost up to 14psi :headbang:
Eventually:
Flat green primer paintjob
Intercooler hardpipes (w/ BOV)
Different wheels
Remove balance shafts
Marnal head swap w/ port and polish
Bigger turbo, probably around an HX40
