Official College Football 2015 Thread!

I think MSU has a better chance against Clemson in the first round, but ESPN thanks they'll jump to #3 in the CFP rankings.

Bama-MSU in the cotton bowl calling it Now

the real Big question is where Does iowa fall too? stanford should move to 5-6 will Iowa be ahead of ohio state?

...... Que the U of M homos

Sav-A-Lot Sparties checking in!

That game and the SEC game sucked till the 4th. I can't believe how incredibly lucky Sparty has gotten this season, but the end result is a W. Spartans are 20 Seconds from being a 4 loss team. That's insane. OSU is really the best team in the B1G, but they shit the bed when it mattered most. Oklahoma looks like the toughest team right now. Clemson is definitely beatable, and if Bama doesn't figure out their offense they will lose to Sparty (If Cook isn't still throwing lame ducks)

they should take the runner up, and who finihes higher in the polls as a tie breaker but politics will get involved, either way if ohio state gets there doesnt matter this season will get vacated soon enough for Ohio state

Get over yourself. MSU kept themselves in the game and were in a position to win during all of those close games. Same goes for them letting Nebraska keep it close and ultimately beating them. If you want to be the better team, put up enough points to be up by more than one score. By that same token, U of M narrowly lucked out against Minnesota. If their coach didn't have AWFUL time management, they'd have lost that game too. Same goes for Rutgers. MSU's record against ranked opponents is tough to beat. A win is a win. Don't look at the last few plays when they played 90% of the game tough to keep it close.

Someone's a little defensive. Tell me where I was wrong in what I said? You can talk about UM all you want, but the fact is that Michigan is 9-3 and should be able to take care of Florida in the bowl game. That's something no Spartan would have predicted or even conceded as a possibility this year. Spartan fans acting like the luck they got was because of great play calling and toughness is laughable at best. They lost a crap game and won several crap games they shouldn't have. They are the new Notre Dame getting the luckiest plays to keep them alive. That's fine because it gets them wins. Now they have to see how that stacks up against the rest of the league. I doubt MSU will win off of a fluke punt or a fluke ball that lands on a players back in these last 2 games. Personally if Bama comes out and plays how they are capable of playing, this game won't be close. Both OSU and MSU played like FSU last year but OSU at least was able to show their true talent in one game. I'm laughing my ass off that OSU has one loss and is pretty much getting shit on by the selection committee and I'll laugh my ass off if Bama beats MSU.

The Buckeyes rarely get any respect from the media....without winning a NC, that is...I really think they'd handle both Iowa and Stanford with relative ease, but hey, if this is how it plays out, so be it. A major bowl game against a team that's hard not to hate is still very respectable. Hopefully they'll use the time off to hone their seemingly improved offense, and put some points up on ND.

Now it's time to root for the B1G. Teams affiliations and rivalries aside, the conference doing well in bowl games is good for everybody.

Good luck to UM and MSU. (Damn, that's tough to say...)
