Ive always wanted to run one of the late model 302's in a fox with the EDIS and GT40P heads.

cool project. I bet you get in to the 12's this year.

A little work has been done. The 8.8 is out, I'm waiting for my rotating shift to end so my brother and I can set the 4.10s in. We are removing the crush sleeve and replacing it with a spacer. We are using a rebuild diff, thanks to tooslo86, and 4.10gears Mrvids sold me with another 8.8 2 years ago. The drums looked beat, I'll get a kit for that. I have ultra flows 2.5's with dumps, a shift light and fuel filter as well. Microsquirt will be ordered when this junk runs.. I just want to see how the rear turns out before I order.

Got a GoPro Hero4 black today :) ... In car video should be good. It was past 8pm, so i didn't want to make too much noise. New uppers / lowers are installed, gears installed, and I need to pickup some diff. fluid.

Where to start ... I've been chasing a bad cooling issue since last year. The car always ran really hot, I've only have the idiot light on my car. I hooked up a mechanical gauge and it was getting to about 240* and the temp wouldn't drop. I broke my electric proform fan(which I wired backwards ...), and I put the thermostat in backwards. I bought a cheap mechnical fan, and around 90mph I hit a bump and the fan went into the radiator. My core support was bent pretty bad before I bought the car, I think that's why it hit the radiator(and it was a metal f150 fan). I bought a new fan from Advance Auto, put in another radiator and it doesn't go above 190*.

So far, I have bad wheel hop in first and second, but I can peddle out of it. This car is a blast to drive at 70+mph, it pulls like a banshee up top. I'll be going to Midmichigan motorplex on the 28th for some new times with the new trak loc (thank you tooslo86) and the 4.10 gears(thank you MrVids).

Air density was @ 2500ft this day. Got in a lot of runs, but I could not get under a 1.9 60ft due to track prep :(. I believe due to the stock tach, I'm shifting around 5600-5800rpm

Just my opinion, but unless you are in love with the 94 and up style, I would keep plugging away at what you have. I'd say it seems pretty decent for what you've done. And don't sell anything because you are getting married. It's too hard to get another later!!!

I bet you could pick up 2-3 tenths from a camshaft change. that f303 is old tech.

Yea, I couldn't beat $150 new though :|. I've been thinking of some AFR's and an anderson cam, kind of like Vibrant93 on youtube.
