My end of season pics...

Ok so probably it's a 351. The main bolts look like 7/16th's to me, if they're 1/2" bolts then I am mistaken. You could have had 1/2" bolts installed in the 302 which would be smart.

on a 4th look I guess the deck height looks taller than a 302. I'm not knocking your motor dude, Fords run strong with the right stuff, but it SEEMS like they always need forced induction or spray to run good. :dontknow:

IF I am able to build the motor I want, you'd need a few cars, but dont take that as a grudge race, I have no fucking job or money.

get used to the back of the car in the picture cuz it's all you'll be seeing of it motor to motor or power adder to power adder..

and FYI yes its a 351 based block but add another hundred cubes and you'll be close to my size..

I'll run you on motor when mines back out if you want:icon_mrgr

Have fun with the stock block if it's that big. I'd think it'll break at that kind of cubic inches and power level, but once again I dont know. I'll be driving a pump gas motor only. No race fuel bullshit for me, it's not a street vehicle to me unless I can put pump gas in it.

Wern't we supposed to run motor to motor this year? I hit 12.20, would it have been a good race?

i had a broken trans and no money to fix it for a while.. but my car will be pump gas as well next year on motor.. There some cool lil cylinder head trick i was shown by a guy i work with who is running a 14 to 1 pump gas motor in a cell here.. should be nice if it works out how he says it does..

the block is half filled with hard block.. should be good to around 800whp

Would we have had a good race this season?

I'd be curious to hear his "trick." With the right camshaft, a small bore, fuel injection and aluminum heads you could run the right motor 14-1 on pump gas. The new ecotec GM motors handle 20lbs. of boost on 10-1 compression on pump gas. Theres many tricks.

it might have been a close race.. i went 12.0 several times various mph from 102 to 112.. Had a bunch of fuel issues with it the stock 4 cylinder intanker wasnt cutting it.. :dontknow:

I have to disagree with that comment I have an all motor ford and i think it runs very good. I think OJ showed it with the times he ran with he all motor car. Get that motor you want done and I will take you up on a race.
With a 302 the heads sit even with the timing chain cover. with a 351 they sit an 1 1\2 to 2 inches higher.

I know of alot of all motor fords that run mid to low 10's even high 9's. Its all an air pump. My limit is my cylinder head, and cubes. I dont expect much faster then 10.70's with my current set-up and some track time. But let me crack the bottle open and watch out!!

 if I still had my Cobra I would run you, but I don't. Chevy, Dodge, Ford, if it's set up right, it'll run good.

I'm in.. I should be out around June or at least I hope to be. Parts I ordered have a waiting list so wont ship till mayish.. or I was told anyways..

I got about 6 other mustangs that go out and cruise all summer.. but another never hurts..

Yeah 10's on race fuel. Do it on pump gas. Nitrous ricks car run's what 10.70's on motor on pump gas? I'll definatley agree if it's set up right anything will run Chevy, Ford, Dodge. I guess it really comes down to how much money your going to spend.

I went 10.39 n/a at Lapeer a couple weekends back on pump gas.
