My 70 Dodge Coronet twin turbo project

Header's done, downpipe's done, modified the exhaust to fit the new downpipe. Today I'm gonna do the wastegate plumbing on the left side and weld in the o2 bung. Then it's off to QC for ceramic coating.

How well dose that blow through work I've heard mixed reviews about running them.

I'm still working a few bugs out of mine. It goes a little lean at WOT, gonna get that resolved once it's back together. Other than that, it's fine. No flat spots between the circuits or any major problems. I don't make a ton of boost though. These two sites are pretty good for info.

www.theturboforums.com Lots and lots and lots of good info there

http://www.hangar18fabrication.com/blowthru.html This kinda got me in the ball park

Annular boosters are better, so I'm getting a new main body, and you need to put bigger needle and seats in the carb. I'm going with .130"

Thanks! I want to do a single 80mm on my fox and a lot of people told me not to even look at going blow through but I really don't want to play with efi. Your car is really cool btw

Been pluggin away. Should be running soon, just waiting on a couple parts. Power steering box is in, rear suspension is done with new lowering springs, shocks and a sway bar. My front sway bar and fast ratio arms showed up finally, got those in last night.

Got my turbo bracket made

Painted and installed.

I should have it running this weekend, not done, but running. Still gotta make some power steering pump spacers (the lug nut isn't permanent) put the interior back in, paint my cold side tubing, re-do all the vacuum lines, install the master and bleed the brakes, etc.

I'd like to see 500 and 500 to the tires, but that might be a stretch. I put a highway gear in, so I'm hoping for a good torque number.

That shouldnt be a problem. Youre doing a great job on everything so im sure you will hit your goals.

Thanks! I'm keeping my fingers crossed. I've been following your Fairmont build, that's a sweet car. My buddy had a 2 door 78 Zephyr about 10-12 years ago, we had some good times cruising in it.

waiting for vids.

Once its running I'll take one and post it in the pub. Then I'll get all pissy when it gets moved and ask to have my account deleted. Lol!!!
But seriously, its nothing special. It's really quiet, and idles at 800 rpm.
