LSx into Porsche. . . and I'm going to need some help

Chevy LS powered Porsche. Definitely NOT something you run across all the time! Awesome swap. Looks great so far....
All except the pictures of the Lambo with that nasty white stuff all over it. Let me guess: It doesn't handle so well in the snow.
 
Could you run an elbow off the intake mani and then attach the TB to the elbow facing the side of the car?
 
a vette batwing air intake?? do you still have the camaro air box?? those have tight hood clearence
 
Can you flip the manifold 180?? TB facing driver? thought I seen someone do that.. Maybe not.

Carb intake + scoop!!

I know that there is cable they sell some sort of air craft cable and a flux u by at a welding store to but the ends on......

My first time checking this thread and it was NOT what I was expecting. I just assumed it was going to be a 924, maybe a 928 or even a 914 (seen that done). NO WAY did I think it would be a 996! Cool cool cool! Going strong on the build!
 
You could ditch the MAF and just run the car in speed density if you can't package it.

How long does the throttle cable need to be? I used a Lokar cable and cut it to length.
