Lsx coil packs

I am looking into buying a set of the "upgraded" Lsx coilpacks.

I remember Harlan saying that a certain supplier of the coilpacks were "better" due to improved spark and reduced latency.

ANYONE have a part number? or know which supplier they are from?

I dont want to buy different coilpacks if they aren't better.
 
Good chance he was reffering to the Denso Truck Coil packs.

yeah, for the life of me, I couldn't remember which it was. pretty sure those are it.

if anyone can confirm for sure, please chime in.
 
You can increase the dwell time of the stock coils with HPT I think so you would not need the truck coils at your power level.
 
Be aware there are 2 sets of truck coils, only upgrade to the set that it square not the round looking ones with the heat sink on them. Look around for a junkyard special. I might have some.
