Little Update

Sorry to hear about family problems, and as one of the folks that have spent far too much time overseas as well: live your life in a way in which it'll make you happy.

Rock the fuck on!

Whatever floats your boat man. No sense in living your life as a lie. Good for you and good luck with this and everything else going on in your life.

I never really knew who you were before other than a fellow Marine. That is other than though some conversation on here, but I say; Once a Marine, always a Marine, regardless! Adapt and overcome, and if the ones near you can't, eff-em.

I heard the rumor a couple days ago, did some investigating and BOOM, my mind was blown. I don't give a shit one way or another, you took a huge risk coming here and outing yourself, I give you props for that. I'm sure there will be people here that won't be "ok" with it, but that's life.

As long as you don't do this at one of the meetings, I'm sure you'll be fine.

It would be an epic prank to ghost fuck someones account like this, but I'm too lazy to plan and document this for 3 months... Here's a couple of pics to assist in the believing part...

Ummm we have a PHOTO forum, lets try and adhere to the rules

trunk and who else?

 I could never become a woman, my legs would take FOREVER to shave!

I say good for you. Be who you want. It sounds like while being who you want you are still raising the kid you had while being what you felt society wanted you to be. Which is doubly good.

Well glad to see you share it with everyone Matt, er.. Sona. That's gonna take some getting used to. ;)

I know what you are saying with that. I had a friend in college going through something similar. Jessie became Issac and it definitely took some work to start referring to her as him and using the new name.

As many have already said it took a lot courage to come out to your family and friends. You only get one life live, Live it however makes you happy.

Thank You!

It is what it is.. you are who you are and you're just keeping it real.

I am keeping it real Bubba. Thanks!

An announcement like this and no cake?!?!

Glad you had the chance to make the change you needed, not everyone has the courage that you do.

No cake just cookies for me. :) Thank You

Well glad to see you share it with everyone Matt, er.. Sona. That's gonna take some getting used to. ;) Sorry to hear you are going through a divorce. I thought things were going well when last we talked. And good luck with everything. As long as you keep that crazy sense of humor, you will have no trouble getting along around here no matter what you look like.

Thanks Tony. I'm gonna keep my sense of humour as well as other characteristics. I'm really happy I can finally hang with you guys again.

You're still "Cookie Monster" to me. ;)

Thanks Brian! :D

Wow. Definitely surprising. Hope everything works out for ya.

Are you still racing?

Raj, I'm really on the fence about racing. I've just had some real bud luck with the TA and I have a feeling that I'm going to have to sell it.

Good luck with your future! Are you still into conspiracies?

TransAm to Trans MAN...sorry but it was a play on words.
Congrats, I have advocted for some high school kids that are trans...I try to tell them that its about identification not sex, but in america we are screwd with all these labels.

Good luck, be strong.
lol Thanks.... If I were to keep the Trans Am I'd have to get a plate that says "TRANSIAM" .... ;p

I think you need to change your name to Cookie Mistress now. This is definitely a shocker for sure, but its your life, live it how you want. I still think you could really hustle alot of people on the street driving your trans am now, lol
Maybe I will. :) And I prolly could hustle a few jacks out there, but I never really was great at drag racing, that's why I had to have a fast car. lulz

I certainly wish you the best in life. I however can’t say “congratulations”
on your decisions, but they are yours and you ( & your family) will have to
also live with the consequences of your choices.

As much as you might request others to respect & acceptance, you too will
need to afford as much as well with those who might not embrace your choice
of lifestyle.

Again, I hope you find that ultimate peace in life you seek.

Well, looks like this is for real. Congrats on doing what makes you happy and comfortable with yourself, regardless of what others may think. That takes some major courage and strength, props to you for that. Motown is full of some great people as you can already see and I don't know why anyone wouldn't support you on the decision.

Thanks Marc. Semper Fi.

Yup, I was exhausted from hiding this my whole life, hiding my clothes, hiding my make up, hiding my feelings. I'm just happy it's finally over. But I got a new challenge ahead, and I'll need all my energy for that. :)

I never really knew who you were before other than a fellow Marine. That is other than though some conversation on here, but I say; Once a Marine, always a Marine, regardless! Adapt and overcome, and if the ones near you can't, eff-em.

That's damn straight. We adapt and overcome. I just hope my Friends can too. But it looks like Motown is proving me wrong, I'm surprised at how many people are publicly supporting me. I guess because maybe I faced this forum head on grants some respect even if it is weird for them.

This is all I could think of

I'm shaking it.... Just for you! lulz. :D

So does this make you a lesbian now?
I guess in a way, yah. Hot right?

Ha ha Thanks Matt. I'm happy you're cool with it. I honestly kinda figured you wouldn't give a shit which rocks.

Yea, it really does just take some time. It doesn't happen over night. I pretty much pass now as a female, people have no clue... At least until my Dad says, "My Son here is a U.S. Marine and just came back from messing people up in Afghanistan. lol". I'm used to it, and used to my cover being blown.

Thanks, and Actually my Family has stated that this is the best thing that has ever happened to them and me. I now have a much closer connection with everyone as a they see my emotional borders have fallen and I'm less on edge. My Child had not yet been brainwashed by tv or society so she has not and probably will not pass judgement on me. Judging is GOD's job not a Human's. So there really are more Benefits than there are "Consequences" for me and my Family. ;)

Yes, there really are some impressive people on here. I think most of the guys here are to the point in their life to where they'll support their firends unconditionally ya know. It's like, yea, I'm friends with a "Tranny", but I knew him before she was a her and I got her back and I 'd have yours if you wanted to do the same thing, that's what Friends do for eachother. It's says a lot about someone who supports it.

"The pursuit of happiness". It's kinda what our country is about. But I'm sure Jefferson didn't have Transsexuals on his mind when he wrote that... or maybe he did???? mmmm

Life without happiness isn't really worth living (IMHO of course) although I admittedly like everyone else initially thought this was a joke (I'd like to think no one would have enough free time to create a complete alternate identity on Facebook with pics). That said congrats on having the courage to post that here, I think posting here would probably be harder than family! Good luck with your new life, I'm sure you'll stick around right?

Oh yes, of course. I had to tell my super close friends and Family in person face to face. It took a couple weeks to knock them all off my list but I am SO HAPPY I was able to reach down, grab my balls (While I still have them ;) ) and told them. I'm living nearly worry free now. And Thank You!

whatever. I'll give you props for posting that on a male dominated car club website.

I hope everything works out for you.
