From what I remember about seeing this on TV, they take it and turn it inside you so you can still pee, and create the female parts accordingly.

I know Alexandria. As soon as she made the switch she totally changed every other aspect in life and quit calling friends and doing things she did before. I havent seen her since the change. I am glad you know others with the same affliction to ease whatever problems you will endure. I cant even fathom what you are going through.
