It's finally in Forza..... Forza players get inside...

So want to get this game but my second xbox died again... Debating on sending the one the video card died on in to get fixed... So annoying. I know I'll have to get it fixed/buy a new one before skyrim comes out /sigh.

I'm pretty much over it. Plus, I think I've only bought 2 or 3 cars that I haven't won from driver levels or was gifted from Forza 3. I just felt like bitching. I'll stick with Game Stop for my preorder stuff from now on.

Ok guys, Best Buy boned me so I am gameless and looking to buy. How can I get the special edition cars? Can I get them through Season Pass? I CAN still but the Special Edition but it will cost $140. :( I REALLY want those muscle car!!!

DAMN YOU BEST BUY!!!!!!

Yes, I'm pretty sure you get all of the LCE cars with the season pass. Did you get the regular version to at least get the pre-order bonus cars?

I got nuthin'. Been out of town, that's why I pre-ordered. I'm gonna do something tomorrow because I have a new wheel/pedals/shifter to try out. :)

You can get the muscle cars with the season pass. There are a few cars I've run into that other people that didn't get the LCE didn't have. The Veyron Super Sport, for example. Honestly, who cares? You still get the Veyron, the Super Sport is like 2.2 million or something. They give you the normal Veyron, once you have it would you really blow 2.2 mil on the SS? Just get the regular edition. LCE is really kind of a waste.

I'm up to like level 46, LOL. I have Affinity 100% parts discounts for 15 or 16 manufacturers now. I'm on the 6th or 7th season, I don't know, lost track, I finished the one called Masters and I'm a few races into the one after that I think.

I really hate the auto crosses. Those suck. The point to point challenges that have the traffic are fun though.

Rented it to see if it was worth getting my xbox fixed for and borrowed a friends xbox :D

So far I like it. Is there any actual drag races or is it an online thing? I messed with it a bit doing test runs but there isn't a count down or anything.. so its basically keep it floored till it loads lol. Did get the foxbody to run a 10.80 that way Naturally aspirated. Changed the thing into a three speed ;) Not having a cowl hood for a foxbody sucks!

The Rivals Challenge in the Track Days section at Hockenheim is a gold mine. 100k a pop on standing start laps (if you can keep them clean) sand bag at the end of the lap to keep yourself low on the list, repeat. I think the most laps I turned to beat someone was 4 and if you have to run a few laps it's like 5k per, which was pretty solid too.

looks like shit

I found something that I really don't care for in FM4. The World Tour offers a choice of three different race types at each track, but only a small percentage of them count towards the total event list. I'm partway into year 8 already and I've only got about 4.7% complete. I tested a theory by going to "My Stats", observing my career completion %, then doing a few races in WT mode. After 6 races, it hadn't changed a bit. It seems like they want you to go through all ten years of WT, then go back and do the other races from the event list to finish up the career. At least in FM3 you could do the races between the championships and they counted for something all the time.

November Car Pack info released:

2012 Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4: The newest Bull in the Lamborghini stable has arrived: fans can take it for a spin in “Forza Motorsport 4” and experience what it’s like to whip past rivals at 200 miles per hour.

2012 Aston Martin Virage: Aston Martin’s newest coupe features a barking V12 that balances a perfect ratio of horsepower to torque to propel the Virage down the open road.

2011 #2 Audi Sport Team Joest R15++ TDI: The final version of the Audi R15, the R15 “Plus Plus,” celebrated the R15s final race at the 2011 Sebring 12 Hours.

2011 Audi RS3 Sportback: The newest member of the Audi RennSport line boasts the same 2.5-liter turbocharged direct-injection five-cylinder found in the TT-RS, propelling it from 0 to 60 in only 4.6 seconds.

1957 Chevrolet Bel Air: A true automotive icon, the “57 Chevy” gained notoriety as a hot rod and is now one of the most recognizable American cars of all time.

2012 Dodge Charger SRT8: The 2012 Dodge Charger SRT8 is a serious performance machine with a 470-hp 6.4-liter Hemi V-8 that responds to throttle inputs with no hesitation.

2011 Ferrari #62 Risi Competizione F458 Italia: Matched only by the legendary heritage of Ferrari, the Risi Competizione team has won two Le Mans championships and achieved 29 podium finishes.

2013 Ford Focus ST: Debuting with the same 250-hp 2.0-liter turbocharged EcoBoost engine that the much larger Ford Explorer SUV uses, the new Ford Focus ST packs a serious punch.

1992 GMC Typhoon: The 280 horses on tap in the GMC Typhoon allow it to do things unthinkable for an SUV before its introduction.

2011 Volkswagen Scirocco R: The Scirocco R serves as the platform for race cars in the Scirocco R-Cup, which brings world famous drivers to the Hockenheim track each year.

There are two here I am very excited about. They are bolded. + the Aventador and the new Focus ST are sweet as well! New Charger SRT8...hmmm...a little but not so much.

i'm pretty sure that the world championship events don't count when done in world tour mode. The world championship events always had to be run in sequence and it kept track of the points from them all. If you didn't win won you had to re run all the races back up to that one to get it completed as a win.

It gives you 3 options, but you can change what those options are based on the car you are currently in as well.

In FM3 the World Tour was nothing more than you running the world championships in order from F-R1 class. From a driving various cars and getting you intot he game stand point the FM4 World Tour mode has its advantages, from a game event list completion stand point the FM3 list was definitley better.

I don't mind the FM4 way, it isn't like it is really all that hard to get all the achievements still. It gives you something to work for longer. I like it, then again, Forza is the only game I play.

There is some cool stuff in that new car pack, the Charger, yeah, not exciting, I could already take the Charger in the game and make it have 470 HP if I wanted that.
