Dude, that's the origin of hot rodding. People have been doing that since the 50's. Take the best engine, put it in the best car. Right now I'm learning custom paint & pinstriping from a bunch of old time hot rodders, & their stories about the cool stuff they did back in the day are awesome to listen to. It's the same thing going on now. So yes, a Mustang with a Toyota engine is still a Mustang.
