hellcat challenger unvieled

If they deliver a 10 second factory car then they can charge whatever they want even 70-80k. Bragging rights.

figure low 70s for price as far as horsepower when Ford reveals new Mustang numbers, Mopar will un zip their pants to introduce the new "boss"

and the new car is lighter than the old

Simple math current one goes mid 12s 200hp more or so, plus 8 speed, and better tires

Fuzzy math. 200 more hp could get you 11.40s I guess but that's a long way from 10.90s. That other .5 might need another 100 hp getting is closer to 800. That's a ton of hp and I've read the HellCat will be +100 lbs to a 392.

Believe me, I WANT this to be a 10 second car but I'm trying to not expect too much. Could have been factory freaks/test cars?

Confirmed with someone who was at the track on Monday. Said the ETs are legit...but wouldn't cough up trap speeds.
Also said, "the Auto is fast".

Told ya so on the auto

Same auto in all the 15 cars, making them faster

Still doesn't add up. I'll post a video of a guy known on here. 2013 Viper, 3400 lbs track weight, ran a best 10.97 @ 127 and change (first guy in the 10s). With DRs his 60ft was 1.6s. That's with 640 hp. This guy can drive too. So a car over 1000lbs heavier would need how much more power to run even quicker? Easily 800 hp. Sure the gearing on the Viper is long and it's not a drag car, but still 10s in that big Dodge brick is STOUT!

I need more data. Lol. Still watch this.......

Comparing the top of the line supercharged Mopar offerings to the standard Mustang GT? Mopar should destroy it. And if it don't....... Haha

Then later in the year Ford will release the supercharged Mustang, whatever they are going to call it, then the real race can begin.

But in the meantime, feel free to compare the 13/14 pony cars from Mopar and Ford.... Gt500 Vs srt.... Wait, no, better yet. Srt Vs standard GT, that will give the Mopar a chance.

Then you throw out boss...... OK. Top of the line supercharged Mopar Vs a naturally aspirated "road race" set up car...... Welp, once again it should totally FUCK the boss up at everything...... And if it don't?....... Hahaha

Actually a normal RT mopar will be in the 12s, with the 8 spped auto, so we can easily compare that to a GT or SS non top of the line models
