Apparently R4 was dropped and just made S but there is still R3, apparently starting at 701
I know no one else cares, but most the cars I paint are NASCARs, so glad to see these and actually prefer to see they aren't COTs

If not, I stand behind my statement of this being the best F class car (obviously when modded)
Confirming that street cars can turn into R cars now as was indicated by the fact R cars now have ranking numbers. I think this will probably make a lot of the R cars pretty useless, unfortunately. Although it gives you that many more classes to build cars for.
