Hey Guys,
I have a 2015 Ford Escape, the car was less than a month old when it went in for transmission trouble. The car has been out of service for 17 days(18 counting today).
Is there any other laws or regulations besides lemon law where I can force a buy back? or am I forced to wait another 12 days until lemon law comes into affect?
Possibly the worst part is the dealership and Ford Engineer's do not whats wrong with it. They have stated there is several other Escapes around the country with this issue, all of them are sitting until Ford figures this out.
Advice/Input appreciated.
