So now I have to open a second "PayPal Cash" account to use the money I collected in there? Has anyone else run into this? Is it just another way to add a layer of fees on top of a transaction? I just use it to buy and sell random stuff on ebay. I bought two books today - the first one came off my balance, and the second one forced me to my credit card - WTF?

I am probably six months late to noticing this. Anyone else have this or am I the only one who carries ~$100 in there for random impulse buys?

I keep less than $100 in the account. That way if they clean me out for whatever their ridiculous reasons, there's only so much to get. It's convenient, but there are tons of horror stories that go along with it.
 
I linked a bank account to my paypal many years ago.
I still have & use my paypal, but that bank account
is long gone!

Yea, mine still says "National City" on it. Not going to update that! Probably have to get a cash account though...

So, that was what like ten years ago and my accounts have changed a couple times since then too. There is no way they have a map to my current accounts. Do they just not even care?
