Dodge Demon

Sounds like someone's in trouble. Saw the kill switch on the dash and assumed it was a test car

I remember someone pointing out the press car having a nitto tire banner but perelli tires, like this one. Definitely seems like an early test car. Comments say the rubber rivets on the flares and LB stickers were to disguise it before the release.

That stretch of highway looks familiar, 190 is moving!

Basing it off my hellcat freeway pull and looking at that speedo on this one during his pull, that car was not pulling any faster than a HC. Plus the SRT pages on the dash during that Run had the same format as the HC srt pages, I know the demon SRT pages look a lot different.

Just my guess but it could've been a early demon that was only on the pump gas tune

Those kids are nuts. 190 with all season tires in 45 degrees. The best is, they are all standing on the side of the freeway. Wtf??

If that is indeed a company vehicle that guy driving deserves to get fired and hope they find out who that is . What a f'ing moron.

Anyone else remember back in 2005 there was a pre-production (one of the first three built as I was at a supplier at the time and it had a version of a part we only made three of) SRT Jeep on Woodward ALL the time racing anyone that wanted to run? Not sure how that guy never got fired.

Social media wasn't what it is now I'm guessing. Can't get away with nothing these days. :)

That would be such a good way to release a new car. Take it out to the street, run it at TX2K18 etc

That would be awesome, but I can't imagine any manufacturer taking on that liability. Would probably have to be someone doing it on the side and with higher ups looking the other way. Can you imagine how bad they'd get F'd if they did it with a mustang and hit someone?
