Anyone test link else remember back in 2005 there was a pre-production (one of the first three built as I was at a supplier at the time and it had a version of a part we only made three of) SRT Jeep on Woodward ALL the time racing anyone that wanted to run? Not sure how that guy never got fired.

That would be awesome, but I can't imagine any manufacturer taking on that liability. Would probably have to be someone doing it on the side and with higher ups looking the other way. Can you imagine how bad they'd get F'd if they did it with a mustang and hit someone?

They'd just have to have a "contractor" do it. Wasn't us lol.

Of course, that's always been the case. You can always mod anything to beat anything else. I just don't understand why a car guy wouldn't like and appreciate the Demon. It's a great achievement.

It is a great car, 100% agree. But the bullshit way they extended the hype was way way overboard. Plus, i think they did some stupid ass shit with it....the bolt on flares, the dumb ass weight savings nonsense, etc..
