Nevermind found this infrastructure roll out map, Macomb even though I have the meter appears to likely not be connected to the rest of the network

If you look outside at your meter and it has a digital readout - its a smart meter.

I just took a peek at my meter and its dated 1957 in handwritten pencil. Must be original to the house. I'll should call DTE & see if they'll upgrade it.

I'll bet you it's out of calibration and you're getting more electricity then you're paying for...
