Dearborn lunch guys - 5 Guys opened up today

Superstang90 can vouch he was their with me the last time I went and we were disappointed to see them pulling out GFS burgers. I was thinking we can go to the dive bar and get the exact same burger for $2.00 instead of $10
That's fucked. I'm fucking pissed, I've been going there since I was a kid in the 80's. My Grandpa and I use to pick my Great Uncle Les up and go to lunch there once or twice a month in the Summer. That's just bullshit!
just went and got a crave case and a few sacks of fries.....may regret it later
I hit WC after football on Weds nights. I bit of gut rot and some sore muscles makes for a rough Thrusday, but it's worth it.
Howell's > Miller's now.
Have they cleaned Howells up? Last time I was in there it was a shit hole.
x2
Some critic said they are better then In&Out

Enough said :drool2:

You can't even bring In&Out up, no Michigan locations!!! They are the tops though

A good bar burger in my opinion is at a place called masons, its at the corner of Farmington and I96.

Anyone else been there?

They are pretty good.

Any recomendations for the Dearborn crowd (From FBP3/ Lions training factility) for healthy food? Subway is getting old.

Anyone ever try Richter's Chalet in Dearborn and try the German Chef Special ????? This is more of a dinner place i think...

Healthy food??? Ahhh Qdoba?
Right then Penguin Deli, Capri Bakery, and the LEGENDARY Alcaomo's $5 Italian Sub, and don't forget the pepper shooters and the Mexican Coca-Cola

This area needs a decent pizza place. Not that thick crusted Chicago-style crap though. Thin crust, east coast style.

Smashburger in Troy is not bad either

I tried the one on Orchard Lake Rd this summer. Wasn't impressed.

Healthy in Dearborn? Other than Subway not much comes to mind.

Been to 5 guys once, it was good but imo Fuddruckers is way better. The one in westland closed, they used to do all you can eat fries, a 1/3 burger and a pop for 8 bucks.

Tony's on i75 takes the most rediculous burger I've ever had though.

Tony's in birch run? I've always wanted to eat there. Stopped by 2 months ago and they had a line out the door and a 2 hour wait.

I really like Five Guys but try to avoid the place due to the huge calorie count. They just built one in Peoria within the last year. My current favorite is their bacon cheeseburger with lettuce, pickles, jalapenos and hot sauce, plus extra cheese.

Go spend a few weeks in what I call "real China" and then go get one. It'll be the best damn burger you've ever ate!

3 Nicks is good and affordable...anyone ever try Famous Hamburger? Near Olgas up on the hill?

Next time you're in there tell Jamie (Blonde bartender with the great rack) Matt Stanford says "Hi". She us to work here and I sold her the F-150 she is driving.
