That might be the nail in your coffin. Giving you that $50.00 might be considered consent.

I would still have a lawyer contact them. That may change their attitude regardless of the credit card issue.

still trying to get in touch with one right now..

DAMNIT I HAD 3600 CASHHHHHHH..
what a deushe...its 50 bucks common..

This is some info I got:

she said you could call the Attorney General's office
their consumer protection division
517-335-3571
or 517-335-0855
they are like the general law enforcement agency for the state of michigan
and she said if your dad calls and says that they are contacting the Attorney Generals office
they might just give you your money back
cuz thats the last thing they'll want is the attorney general breathing down their neck
ya know
also, you could try contacting the local prosecuting attorney for that county

You obviously had the consent of your guardian when you purchasing the car.

Trying to pretend you didn't just tells me that you have absolutely no character whatsoever and that your word is worthless.

You bought a used high mileage vehicle. I don't see why the dealer owes you a cent.

I don't know the history of the transaction - but generally speaking - used cars don't have warranties.
