93 Nissan 240sx LS1/T56/Backhalf... Turbo in progress.

That's some good progress!

What boost controller will you use?

Might need a chin spoiler to kick more air up in front of the rad. Or another fan.

Heat shielding anywhere? That little rad hose might melt right there. Maybe fab up a steel pipe with rubber connections?

Thanks! No boost controller, going to use a 8PSI spring and keep it there... maybe 10 but we'll see :) The front bumper has a chin spoiler and it shoots right at the intercooler, I think I'll be okay. Upper radiator pipe in the works, once final assembly begins, least of my worries right now since its right on top. I'm more worried about my fuel system and intake at the moment. I am porting out my Weiand intake to match my big TB and have to tap a 3/8NPT right behind it for the Typhoon IAT. Also need to tap a few 1/8NPT and may use Push Lock fittings.

Buttoned up most of the interior, got some fuel done and just have to mount the pumps, run lines and button some small ends up! Also got the rest of the piping in and got her washed after a few months. Sorru for horrible pictures again... I need a good camera.

Thanks! Looks like crap right now, once I get to buttoned up and in some nice day light it will looks a billion times better.

looks great alex. glad to see its still around and getting modded again. i remember those late wintery nights at the shop helping you out

Thanks bro! Ha those were the nights.... I'll be back in MI in a couple of years. We can party like the good ol' days.

Fuel system near complete, I just have to run the line from my tank to the second Bosche 044 pump I have and connect the return line to my regulator.
Exhaust is almost complete as well. 3.5" Downpipe and full 3.5" exhaust to a Flowmaster Hushpower muffler with all V-bands. Pics didnt save to my phone of it done :(
I have to get my PCM reflashed for 80LB injectors now and I should be able to start it again. I need new wheels and tires before it goes on the dyno, those MT's are SHOT.
Thanks everyone!

Started it today... Fuel system had a small leak at one of the fittings, button up a few things and shes off to the dyno.

It sure will! I'm toasted working on it, I just want to drive the thing. I am getting a set of 17's but need to find some junk tires for the rollers. Its a Eddie's current inertia dyno and will tear slicks/drag radials apart in no time.

It is now running and I've been driving it around staying out of boost. I still need to tweak a few things, some small wiring and buttoning up but for the most part the turbo setup is done. I am going to pull the 4.10 gear out of it and throw in a taller one, get some other small parts like gauges finish her up to hit the rollers. It may be a while before I can get it tuned because I am swamped at work but hopefully within a few weeks.

Don't mind the fuel rail covers, I was debating on whether to keep them or leave them off...

yeah it need to get on the dyno before I can even think about boosting it. The headers are flipped Camaro headers, with 2.5" extension that come around to the merge with V-bands.

What year camaro headers? If I search 4th gen stuff I only find longer ones.

Here are some recent pics. It needs some small polishing and buttoning up but for the most part its done. Gotta make sure everything is perfect before it goes to the dyno.
