Here's some progress, sorry for the horrible pics once again. I've finished making the turbo bracket that will hold the turbo to the frame. Going to work on the downpipe and cold side today. Should have most of everything wrapped up within a 2 weeks.

Did you ever make a track pass on the N/A setup? Just curious as I'd guess its a little under 3000lbs and with a stout 420 at the rollers, bet it ran decent already.

Ricers out there won't know what hit them.
Nice job looks good.

The muscle guys wont know what hit them ;)

I never got a clean pass out of the car myself. To be honest, I suck at driving at the track. I got it to click a 1.5 60' missed 3rd. We tweaked the suspension, my friend drove it and managed to click off a 10.9 w/ a 1.4 60'.

My goal now is to make a more street friendly 600hp car. I'm ditching the skinnies for full width 17" wheels, rears will be 17x10 with MT 295 street radials, full suspension and brakes. Going to try to make it SUPER QUIET too :)

Whats a good 3.5" quiet highflow muffler? I was looking at the Flowmaster Hushpower or magnaflow. Any suggestions?

10.9 is haulin the mail. A little boost can only help.

I'm not sure if they have any applications for you, but Corsa is one of the best exhaust providers for the LSX world. Give them a call and see if they have anything in line with what you need. Their mufflers rip when you get on em, but are dead silent at low rpm, usually drone free.

Thanks for the comments guys!

Not really worried about track times anymore, I want to be able to drive the thing comfortably, beat the hell out of it, have fun and bring it home. Throwing power steering back on as well and trying to get it super quiet so I don't get hassled too much. Hopefully if all goes well, the turbo system will be complete in few weeks, going to Cunningham Motorsports to get tuned, stripping it back down to detail the engine bay, and putting it back together show quality.

Cold side is getting welded up and I finished the downpipe today. Measure twice, cut once. I didnt. I eyeballed my angles and it came out perfect lol. I guess after a while of fabbing pipes it comes as a 6th sense. 3.5" Downpipe V-band:
