Ugly game but decent win given the circumstances.
Shitty to have Stafford and Ansah to both get banged up coming up on these brutal last three games.
These next two games are going to be very telling, as they are the best opposition they have faced all season. They are on the road, against teams that are having successful seasons. To win anything the Lions are going to have to start beating teams with a winning record on the road. To this point, they still have not done that.
If the Lions can win both games, or at least win one and have a close loss (7 points or less) I'll actually buy in and think they have a shot at winning a few playoff games.
If they lose both, then we'll know they've just been playing really well against a bunch of lousy NFC teams.
Good timing for the hatewagon for Stafford to have the fucked up finger though. I'm not gonna read too much into next week until we see how much the finger is affecting him.
Even if the die hards won't admit it, he was having a great year in terms of protecting the ball, and that could be out the window if the dislocation ends up screwing with him.
romo will be starter for cowboys when the lions face them Prescott will be resting by then
Dude every team is banged up this time of the year. EVERY team. Dak fucking Prescott, a rookie QB has been the starting QB for Dallas all season. The Giants have Jason Pierre-Paul on the DNP list still, he hasn't played for two weeks.
Don't start priming the excuse pump. Either they get the job done or they don't. You can make excuses every single year.

Specially since prescott hasnt played for 8 years lol
I'm sure the fumble in the end zone was Stafford's fault.
