2016 Lions thread........discuss or discust?

I had a splitting headache but still went anyways.

Good win. It's been a fun season. I'm still not convinced the team is going anywhere this year, but game after game they're finding ways to win. The Defense is sneaky good, and Stafford has just been beyond clutch. Vikings D is good, Lions backed up to the 1 with the game on the line, and as always this season, Stafford gets them down the field. Then the 3rd basically game ending interception of the year.

First in the division after 11 games? I'll take it!
 
Let's just take a minute to appreciate this drive, in particular, the second to last throw to Boldin with the slow-mo replays. Throw of the year, IMHO

That 66 yard TD was a man-sized play. Took a big hit, made a huge throw, got the TD that put the game out of reach.

During the game they said he has the highest QB rating since the beginning of 2015 inside the redzone.
 
Didn't watch the game so i can't comment on the smoke and mirror Lions.... but who would of thought that after all these years of Stafford sucking, that the last year or so of his contract he makes himself look like a superstar so he can get down to his home town and get another hundred million dollar contract...
 
Are you seriously of the belief you can win 7 out of 8 games in the NFL on smoke and mirrors? The team is pretty good. I don't think they win a Super Bowl, but you don't win 7 of 8 on accident.

Don't think it's as much about jinxing as it is about getting hopes up. We've seen this show before. Let's not forget. Last playoff win was before the days of LOL!

Suh taught him well. Anyways, not much to complain about after yesterdays game. They looked good and showed up for the whole game.

That and they still don't have a win on the road against a team with a winning record. They haven't played a good team this season.

I want to see what they do against the Giants and the Cowboys.
 
3/4th of the way through the season and out of 32 NFL teams only FOUR have more wins.

Because smoke and mirrors and scheduling nuances
