It's not against American law, it's against NCAA rules. You can hate the rule, but it was in place and they violated it.

That opens the door for them selling other merch. Autographed jerseys, ect ect. Then they essentially become a paid player. Those who are more popular make more while Johnny long snapper gets nothing. Can o' worms. I think a full scholarship is more than enough, you want to get paid- join the pros or get a fucking job.

While not the key to a perfect offense, I think it's easier to go from a spread offense to a pro style instead of the other way around. The defense is a completely different story.

god no hoke please, Harbaugh could make himself a legend at U-M, come in turn it around and make them national championship caliber and have a job for life, going to the NFL is not exactly easy and most dont succeed first time around
