Northwestern won
Ohio State gonna win

Illinois lost
Iowa lost
Purdue lost
Penn State gonna lose

Not a bad day so far...

No, I don't really think OSU is winnable. It would be a fluke. However, I think Wisconsin IS potentially winnable. Bet the house? Hell no. But it COULD happen. Wisconsin is a power rushing team. They don't typically run the type of passing offense that would be Michigan's biggest concern. They may not be able to score enough to keep up with Michigan. I will say that if Michigan turns the ball over 5 times again, they will lose badly.

Yes. He's in a bowl in his 3rd year. First year is a write off due to the team being made of Lion's failouts and overrated recruits. Year two is a failure but expected. Year 3 the's winning but not a powerhouse. Next year is the deciding factor. We have another year of 5 turn over game and defense allowing 600 yards of offense per game and he's out. I haven't looked at next years schedule to figure out if a 9-3 season is possible, but I think it is.

09/24/11 - vs San Diego St.
10/01/11 - vs Minnesota
10/08/11 - at Northwestern
10/15/11 - at Michigan State
10/22/11 - Bye Week
10/29/11 - vs Purdue
11/05/11 - at Iowa

6 games that UM will lose? SDSU (7-2 and up 14-0 over TCU in 1st Qtr), NW, MSU, UI, NU and OSU. The ND and Illinois games are toss ups. Will the Big Ten going to divisions, there are no easy schedules. 9-3? No way.

I'm thinking 6, maybe 7 wins next year at most. Talk about the offense all you want, after today I have no faith in them. Michigan still can't play consistent which makes it hard to pinpoint what their problems really are aside from coaching.

Just curious; Have you watched the same team everyone else has or are you watching Michigan reruns from 10 years ago?

I would say Michigan has a better shot next year than State does of going 9-3. This is a Javon Ringer year for you guys and will be back at 6-6 next year.

State has an easier schedule and more talent. MSU should go 9-3 with losses at OSU, Iowa & Nebraska. MSU plays Indiana, has Wisconsin at home. Of course with Tolzien and Stanzi graduating and possibly Prior leaving for the NFL, maybe they'll do better. But I think Nebraska wins the Michigan division.
