I'm glad Carr is gone too. Obviously they didn't do a good job in replacing him, but his time was up.

The offense is what I thought it would be. With a decent D they'd compete for the big ten title right now. RR has never had a great defense. I think this horrible D is the result of a perfect storm of Carr's bad last few years of recruiting...

The last of Carr's recruits are now starting on Sundays

Alan Branch
David Harris
Brandon Graham
Shawn Crable
Leon Hall
Morgan Trent
Donovan Warren
Lamarr Woodley

I went back and read all of the UM slappy responses from the 2009 thread. Completely delusional. No one thought it would amount to much and that Rosenberg (a UM alum) was the devil. If UM did it, MSU, OSU and other schools must do it too. I find it funny that for years the UM slappies have accused OSU and the 'best paid program' in the Big Ten, even though they've never been accused or punished by the NCAA for anything.

While I really don't expect it, I would find it extremely funny if UM is given a one year bowl probation and UM finishes 6-6...

Nothing is happening to U of M over this. Their self imposed sanctions are good enough of the NCAA.

thats what Usc,duke, unlv, alabama and many other teams have thought. NCAA doesnt call a press conference to say were happy with the internal results

what backpedal? Michigan is going to get something from the NCAA added besides what they self imposed, they dropped the charge against RROD probably because its a way for michigan to fire him tomorrow without recourse,

You've been harping this story as being something big. Now it's just going to be another year of probation and nothing major so Michigan can fire him.

3 years of probation loss of practice time loss of staff is pretty big, although its BS every school does it RROD just pissed somebody off and they tattled on him

90% of this has been out in the public since the story originally broke. The NCAA adding a year of probation isn't anything big.

Again...There will be no scholarship reductions, bowl suspensions or anything of that nature.

RROD handles the bowl suspension by himself, these were minor infractions that only a complaint from a player or staff would bring to light thats the real problem Mutiny in the ranks

What good is it to give a Bowl suspension if that team can't reach a Bowl. That's like telling Minnesota or Indiana they can't go to a Bowl.
